...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TUESDAY TO 5 AM MST
THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 12 to 24
inches, highest in the Logan area mountains.
* WHERE...Wasatch Mountains I-80 North.
* WHEN...From 5 AM Tuesday to 5 AM MST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Briefly heavy snow and strong winds are
expected late Tuesday afternoon and early evening as well as
late Wednesday afternoon and early evening as a pair of cold
fronts pass through. Multiple additional rounds of snow are
expected through the weekend.
